You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

- Use the app for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.  

- Reverse-engineer or modify the app.  

- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or third-party services.  



3. Messaging Content  

Your SMS and text content remain private on your device. We do not read or store your messages on our servers.  



4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions  

The app may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are handled by Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google Play’s policies.  



5. Advertisements  

The app displays advertisements via AdMob and mediation partners (Meta, InMobi, Liftoff, Pangle, AppLovin, Mintegral). By using the app, you agree that advertising content may be shown.  



6. Analytics and Crash Reporting  

The app integrates Firebase, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, and Microsoft Clarity to track usage and improve performance. These services may collect device and usage data.  



7. Intellectual Property  

All trademarks, logos, and app content remain our property. You may not copy, distribute, or resell the app.  



8. Limitation of Liability  

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues caused by use of the app, including lost messages, device errors, or third-party ads. The app is provided "as is" without warranties.  



9. Termination  

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.  



10. Changes to Terms  

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction.
